Ingredients
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1/2 cup Hellmann’s mayonnaise
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup Italian breadcrumbs
1/2 tsp garlic powder
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 425°F and line a baking sheet with parchment.
2. Mix mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, and garlic powder in a small bowl.
3. Place chicken breasts on baking sheet and spread mixture evenly over each one.
4. Sprinkle breadcrumbs on top for extra crunch.
5. Bake for 20–25 minutes until internal temp reaches 165°F.
6. Optional: broil for 2 minutes for a golden top.
